DO NOT WATCH ALONE! Directed by Francis Ford Copolla back in 1963 for $20,000 , D-13 is a good film considering everything it had going against it. Which actually probably helped it. It's in black and white , set in a castle/manor , has a cool rockabilly song in the beginning , and there is a axe murderer! It's a public domain movie so you can usually find it in one of those horror packs , and if your like me you probably have it all ready. The one I got it in is a 3 disc set containing 15 movies. In fact you should seek out the one I have , generically titled HORROR: Do Not Watch Alone.
